Since their inception in 2007, our client has been pioneering ways to harness and store power by removing financial barriers and democratizing access to locally-generated, renewable energy. Today, they are the #1 clean energy provider for solar as a subscription. Our client came to NewRocket to rollout a best-in-class enterprise portal.

Our client came to NewRocket to build an enterprise portal that would bring together departments like IT and HR into one single "one-start-shop". The current experience for IT had low adoption and user satisfaction.

To increase adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction, NewRocket implemented a tailored portal solution that included taxonomy consulting and a modern UI. The onboarding experience was also created to set the tone and to establish a warm welcome to the organization.
