Body By O, a physique coaching and sports nutrition lifestyle brand, was founded by 5X Olympia winning coach Kim Oddo in Temecula, CA. BBO wanted to modernize their brand and launch a new e-commerce website to sell and position their products to a more upscale audience.

Body by O struggled with many of the same challenges that other brands face when their entire identity revolves around their founder. Kim Oddo had been the face of the brand for many years, but BBO the brand needed to create a presense that was larger and more holistic than a single entity. The brand was not known as a lifestyle company and product sales were dismal.
The Jacob Tyler team created a new brand strategy that de-emphasized Kim Oddo and the legacy positioning and instead positioned all of the athletes and trainers that endorse the brand as the new face of the company. Along with a new logo, brand collateral and website, BBO also was given an in-depth brand standards and positioning guide to enable the team to strategically make decisions to re-inforce the new identity.
